Diver First Aid / Oxygen Administrator / Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)

An Open Water Diver Instructor or higher level of certification that is qualified individually by IANTD HQ may teach this course.

 Who may take this course? Any individual. Need not be a diver.

Purpose

1. (Diver First Aid) This Program is designed to teach divers how to manage diving accidents and other injuries that may occur at a dive site.
    
2. (Oxygen Administrator) This Program is designed to teach people how to utilize and administer oxygen for dive accident management.
    
3. (AED) This Program is designed to teach people how to utilize an AED.

Prerequisites

1. Must be a minimum of 15 years of age with a parent or guardian authorization, or a minimum of 12 years of age for Junior qualification, or a minimum of 18 years of age without guardian approval.
    
2. No other for any program.
